Technical specifications

• Metal frame thickness: Ranges from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm, depending on the location, design, and the patient’s chewing force.

  • Palatal/base area and main framework: Typically 0.8 – 1.2 mm.

  • Clasp arms or minor connectors: Typically 0.5 – 0.8 mm.

• In-lab working time: 2~3 days in lab (*digital file).
