Material Benefits & Evaluation

• Denture Base:
  • Ivoclar's ProBase Hot Acrylic: A heat-curing, PMMA-based denture base material designed for conventional packing techniques, consisting of a heat-polymerizing acrylic resin polymer powder and monomer liquid.
  • Shade Selection: Available in multiple aesthetic shades including Pink, Pink-V, US-L, US-P and Clear.
• Denture Teeth:
  • Premium acrylic teeth: The teeth used are Acrylic teeth from Triumph or Yamahachi.
  • Highlighted by a Vickers hardness of 45 and nanosilica composite technology, it offers superior wear resistance and durability. Its shape, color, and translucency closely replicate natural teeth, featuring an optimized surface that resists plaque and yellowing over time.
  • Shade Selection: Follows the 16 VITA Classical Shade Guide and includes Bleached Shades.
  • Form Selection: Anterior teeth molds are designed based on face shapes and personalities, featuring four main styles: T (tapering), S (square), O (oval), and C (combination). Posterior teeth are classified by occlusal angles into three main cusp levels: 30° (enhances chewing efficiency), 20° (balances bite force), and 0° (flat surface for severe bone resorption or crossbite cases).
     

Technical Specifications

• Base thickness: Main base: 2.0 mm – 3.0 mm. Thinnest part (for the anterior region): 1.5 mm – 2.0 mm.
• Dentures hardness: Shore D hardness: 70–80 (suitable for normal chewing forces and stress).
• Production time at lab: 2–3 working days (with digital impression files).
