Denture Base

• Acrylic: High durability, good strength, soft-tissue friendly, and low irritation to the gums. Easily repairable and refinable when needed.

• Heat-cured resin: Enhanced color stability and less deformation over time - ideal for precision-demanding prosthetic cases.

Denture Teeth

• Premium acrylic teeth: Easily bond to the base, natural-looking color, available in various shapes to suit patient facial profiles and anatomy.

• Composite teeth (Nano/Multilayer): Greater hardness, superior wear resistance, and enhanced esthetics with natural translucency - ideal for patients with high esthetic demands.

Technical Specifications

• Base thickness: Main base: 2.0 mm – 3.0 mm. Thinnest part (for the anterior region): 1.5 mm – 2.0 mm.

• Dentures hardness: Shore D hardness: 70–80 (suitable for normal chewing forces and stress).

• Production time at lab: 2–3 working days (with digital impression files).
