Sale Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans, sales targets, and sales strategies for Lab-to-Lab Full Service offerings.
Identify, expand, and maintain relationships with dental labs, dental clinics, dentists, and distribution partners. - Negotiate, sign contracts, and ensure the fulfillment of all commitments made to customers.
- Coordinate with production, technical, and marketing teams to ensure products/services meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve issues related to product and service quality.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and propose improvements to products/services and business development strategies.
- Provide customer support via phone and email: Ensure timely responses within agreed service level timeframes. Assist with issue resolution and complaint handling.
- Accurately document all customer care activities (meetings, calls, emails) and provide periodic reports to the CEO.
- Develop and update: Process manuals and user support documentation. Tools and remote support guidelines for customer issue resolution.
- Actively monitor and engage in exhibitions, dental shows, and dental laboratory industry workshops to enhance brand visibility and credibility at offline events.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO in line with business needs.
Requirements:
- U.S. citizen with strong knowledge of the local market.
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in the dental laboratory field.
- Skills: negotiation, market analysis, flexible problem-solving, and a high sense of responsibility.
