Sale Manager
Location: Remote (U.S.-based) / Hybrid with Vietnam Team
About the Role
XDENT LAB is building toward one clear goal:
To become the top-of-mind Removable Partial Denture outsourcing dental laboratory in Vietnam for U.S. dental labs.
We are looking for a U.S.-based Sales Executive who understands the dental lab industry deeply and can represent XDENT LAB as a trusted, long-term outsourcing partner, not just another offshore vendor.
This role is not about aggressive selling.
It is about building trust, credibility, and long-term volume partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Represent XDENT LAB in the U.S. Market
- Act as the local face of XDENT LAB in the U.S.
- Communicate clearly our positioning:
- Reliable
- High-volume ready
- Removable-focused specialization
- Build credibility with U.S. dental labs through professional, consultative conversations
2. Develop High-Value B2B Relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Dental laboratory owners
- Production managers
- Understand their:
- Workflow
- Pain points in outsourcing
- Scaling challenges
- Position XDENT LAB as a strategic production partner
3. Drive Trial-to-Volume Conversion
- Initiate trial cases with qualified prospects
- Guide clients through onboarding and initial experience
- Convert successful trials into:
- Recurring orders
- Long-term, high-volume partnerships
4. Collaborate with Vietnam Production Team
- Work closely with:
- Customer Support
- Production
- QC teams
- Ensure delivery aligns with brand promise:
- Consistent quality
- 2–3 day in-lab turnaround (Removable)
5. Market Intelligence & Strategic Feedback
- Provide insights from the U.S. market:
- Pricing expectations
- Competitor positioning
- Outsourcing trends
- Contribute to:
- Service improvement
- Go-to-market strategy
- Branding refinement
Requirements
1. Location & Background
- Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S.-based professional
- Strong understanding of U.S. dental lab market
2. Experience
- Minimum 5+ years in Sales / Business Development within a Dental Laboratory
- Proven experience working with:
- Dental Lab Product
- Lab-to-lab or lab-to-clinic workflows
3. Industry Knowledge
- Deep understanding of:
- Dental lab production workflows
- Outsourcing models
- Quality expectations in the U.S. market
4. Communication
- Native or near-native English
- Strong ability in:
- Consultative selling
- Relationship building
- Professional B2B communication
5. Mindset
- Long-term relationship builder (not transactional seller)
- Values trust, consistency, and reliability
- Comfortable working with offshore production teams
- High ownership and accountability
