Technical specifications

  • Restoration type: Fixed implant-supported restoration.
  • Restorative material: Monolithic Multilayer Zirconia or Zirconia cut-back with porcelain layering in the esthetic zone.
  • Minimum number of implants required: 4 to 6 implants, depending on clinical indications.
  • Prosthetic space requirements:
    • Minimum vertical clearance: 12–15 mm from the implant platform to the opposing arch or occlusal plane, including the necessary space for the restoration.
    • Gingival portion thickness: Minimum 2–3 mm to replicate natural gum contours and provide sufficient strength to prevent fracture.
  • Production time in lab: 4–5 working days.
