Technical Specifications

• Type of restoration: Screw-retained fixed prosthesis over iBar.

• Prosthetic material: Monolithic Zirconia teeth.

• Minimum number of implants required: 4 to 6 implants, depending on clinical indication.

• Prosthetic Space Requirements. To ensure proper aesthetics, function, and long-term durability of the iBar-supported fixed restoration, the following prosthetic space is recommended:

  • Minimum vertical height: 12–15 mm from the implant platform to the opposing arch or occlusal plane. This space accommodates the iBar, prosthetic base, and teeth.

  • iBar height (depending on design): Minimum 3.5–5 mm for structural rigidity and space for screw channels.

  • Gingival portion thickness: Minimum 2–3 mm to replicate natural gum contours and reduce the risk of fracture.
