• Denture Base:

  • Metal Base (Chrome-Cobalt or Titanium): Strong, thin, and highly resistant to force. Indicated in cases requiring enhanced durability or when designing bar-retained dentures.

• Denture Teeth: Made from composite or acrylic resin, offering good esthetics and easy customization of color and shape.

• Abutment and Attachment Systems: Made of titanium and dental alloys with high biocompatibility. Attachment types such as Locator™, ball, or bar systems are precisely engineered to ensure durable connections and adjustable retention force.

Technical Specifications

• Attachment Types:

  • Ball Attachment (O-ring): Retention force ~5–8 N.

  • Locator Attachment: Retention force adjustable from ~1.5 to 6 N using colored inserts.

  • Bar Attachment: High retention, excellent force distribution across multiple implants. The choice of attachment depends on clinical indications to ensure a balance between retention and ease of removal.

• Minimum Vertical Space Requirement:

  • Ball-retained: ~10–12 mm.

  • Locator-retained: ~8–10 mm.

  • Bar-retained: ~14–16 mm.
