Introduction
Here are several Flexible TCS Unbreakable Removable Partial Denture cases from our laboratory, shipped to partner labs in the US. Each case was individually designed and finished according to clinical specifications, matching the requested technical parameters and materials.
Materials used: TCS Unbreakable nylon thermoplastic.

Production method: The products below are handcrafted using wax modeling followed by thermoplastic injection molding.
Case 1: Nesbit Partial Denture Case
This case replaces a missing mandibular tooth, the clasp is still made of thermoplastic nylon. This indication is common for temporary cases, used while waiting for the permanent restoration. Surrounding healthy abutment teeth give the clasp a solid point of support.
Case 2: Unilateral Denture Case
This case replaces 3 missing teeth on the same side, using clasps that hug the abutment tooth closely to create mechanical retention. For this type of case, Flexible Resin is usually the preferred indication, as it reduces the risk of fracture when a large force is applied to a small area.
Case 3: Partial Denture Case
This case replaces several missing teeth that are not on the same side, using multiple clasps that rest on and hug the remaining abutment teeth.
Case 4: Partial Denture Case
Similar to the case above, this case replaces multiple missing teeth in the mandibular, with a design that hugs the abutment teeth closely, using flexible clasps.
Case 5: Partial Denture Case
This case replaces several missing teeth, with healthy abutment teeth remaining to rest on. This is one of the cases where the patient wants a restoration without metal clasps for greater comfort.
